The Tortuga Owners Association was established to unite owners and create a stronger, more informed community. We work collaboratively to engage with resort management, local authorities, and regulatory bodies where necessary.
What We Do
Independent & Owner-Led We are completely independent of the resort developer and the property management company. We answer only to our members.

Collective Strength As individual owners we have limited power. As an association of 350+ property owners, we have a real voice — with management, with developers, and with Cape Verdean authorities.
Membership
Membership is free for your first year and open to all legal owners of property at Tortuga Beach Resort. From Year 2, annual membership is just €10 — less than the cost of a coffee at the resort.
