Eligibility

 Membership is open to legal owners of property at Tortuga Beach Resort. It is linked to your property — not to you personally. If you sell your property, your membership ends automatically.

One Membership Per Property

 Each property is entitled to one membership. If you own more than one property at the resort, you may hold one membership per property.

What the Association Is

The Tortuga Owners Association is an unincorporated, voluntary association. It represents members collectively but does not provide individual legal, financial or investment advice. All decisions and actions are taken collectively and in good faith.

Your Responsibilities as a Member

As a member you agree to act honestly and in good faith, treat other members with respect, and not to represent the Association publicly without authorisation from the Committee.

Annual Subscription

Membership is free for your first 12 months. From Year 2, the annual fee is €10 per property. You are not personally liable for anything beyond your agreed membership contribution.

Data & Privacy

Your personal data is held and used only for Association purposes. It is not sold or shared with third parties except where required by law. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Leaving the Association

Membership ceases automatically when you no longer own property at Tortuga Beach Resort. You may also choose to leave at any time by contacting hello@tortugaowners.com
