Membership

Membership of the Tortuga Owners Association is open to all legal owners of property within Tortuga Beach Resort. Membership is linked to property ownership and is limited to one membership per property.

The Association operates independently from the resort developer and property management company and exists to represent the collective interests of owners.

Membership Terms

By joining the Association, members agree to:

  • Act honestly and respectfully
  • Support constructive communication
  • Respect confidentiality
  • Follow the Association Constitution and Terms & Conditions

Membership is voluntary and may cease upon disposal of the property.

Annual Subscription

Membership is completely free for your first 12 months from the date you join. From Year 2 onwards, the annual subscription is €10 per property. This modest fee covers the Association’s running costs and any necessary legal or professional advice.

Members gain access to private owner resources, newsletters, committee updates, meeting minutes, rental promotion opportunities, and important resort and regulatory information.

Membership is free during the first 12 months. After this period, an annual contribution of €10 may apply unless otherwise agreed by members.
